Are you looking for a marketing position with social impact in an inclusive and hybrid environment? When you join our team as Content Marketing Coordinator at Dental Lifeline Network, you will grow and harness your marketing skills to change – and save – lives.

We are the only national nonprofit organization that provides access to comprehensive dental treatment for people with disabilities or who are elderly or medically fragile. Your creative and strategic approach to content production will help us recruit volunteer dentists and dental labs to help us see more deserving patients.

You will work with us in our national headquarters, just two blocks away from Union Station in downtown Denver with convenient access to public transportation. You have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects ranging from influencer engagement to analytics reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
This multi-faceted position supports our vision to change and save the lives of more people through increasing brand awareness, generating more volunteers, engaging our current volunteers, and supporting our fundraising efforts.

The primary functions of this position includes:

• Developing and implementing strategies for growing our social media channels and influencer engagement.
• Creating engaging text, image and video content for a variety of print, online and social channels.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics for campaigns and programs and executing throughout all marketing channels.
• Publishing regular posts on social media channels in accordance with overall marketing strategy.
• Optimizing websites through content writing, design updates, and landing page creation.
• Analyzing our digital conversions through Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics to refine DLN’s marketing funnel.
• Developing and implement email campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Leading special projects to help recruit patients and volunteers, raise more money and raise our brand awareness

What we Need

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience in design basics and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Writing and editing skills.
• WordPress, HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well and work collaboratively both internally and externally.
• Proven time management abilities.

• Willingness to work hard and have fun too.

Preferred Skills:

• Video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere) experience a plus.
• Enhance tracking capabilities of websites through Google Tag Manager and JavaScript updates.
• Experience in the dental or health industry.
