Dentistry Scotland Awards goes virtual for 2020 – Dentistry Online

by adminjay

The Dentistry Scotland Awards will become the first ever virtual awards FMC will host on the 29 October.

Due to COVID-19, FMC has been forced to find an alternative way of rewarding leading dental practices across Scotland. This year FMC is bringing the glitz and glamour of the ceremony to a screen near you.

This is an opportunity for practices across the whole of Scotland to attend the celebration, completely free of charge. Whether they’re a finalist or not!

‘We’re gutted we won’t be seeing everybody face to face at the Dentistry Scotland Awards,’ Seb Evans, Dentistry Scotland Online editor, said.

‘We often hear stories about how proactive dental practices are, and we’ve taken inspiration from this. This is the first year we’ve moved the awards ceremony online. And we’re hoping this will encourage those practices further afield, who can’t make the ceremony, to enter.

‘We can’t wait to celebrate with the profession.’
