FMC is launching the Online CPD Dentistry Show, giving you a year’s ECPD from the comfort of your own home.
Here we find out a little more about some of the speakers at the show and what they will be lecturing on.
John Makin is lecturing on complaint handling from 14:00-15:00 on Thursday 16 April.
During this session John will enable delegates to better understand the issues commonly underlying complaints in the dental setting.
He will explain what makes patients ‘tick’ (and occasionally explode). He’ll help delegates appreciate the value of a customer-focused practice team approach in reducing the frequency of patient complaints. All before developing strategies to manage the risk of the escalation of complaints.
By the end dental team members will understand the importance of local resolution of complaints and their role in achieving this.
