Matt Hadman may be the most recent addition to the Patient Plan Direct (PPD) business development team but he is certainly not new to dentistry.
Matt began his career within other primary care services. But he transitioned to dentistry just under 10 years ago.
Matt managed a dental practice with a large plan patient base before joining another major plan provider. Here he helped client practices to achieve their plan related objectives.
Matt’s knowledge base is vast; particularly around regulatory requirements, managing a team and, of course, dental plans.
Matt knows all about the importance of plans. Both from a practice and patient perspective. He understands the very best ways of promoting and utilising a dental plan.
On joining PPD, Matt comments: ‘The technology, processes and wider team PPD has in place is really impressive.
