We’re back in London this month visiting Shivani and Sameer Patel’s award-winning Elleven Dental Wellness.
Found at number 11 Devonshire Place, the building is grade 2 listed and also includes many of the original features.
The practice covers two floors with:
- Five surgeries
- Two reception areas
- An on-site laboratory
- Multi-disciplinary all under one roof.
‘Elleven is a destination practice,’ Shivani Patel explains when discussing their patient demographic.
‘Twenty per cent of our patients fly in to see us. Fifty per cent of our patients come from outside of London and only 30% come from within London.
‘Our lounge is therefore created to put patients at ease. We want them to contemplate our weekly sayings and perhaps practise a bit of stillness before they start their Elleven journey.’
Elleven Dental Wellness surgeries
Surgery five is the heart of Elleven Dental Wellness and a few years ago Quintessentially awarded it the most attractive surgery in the world.
The room includes original grade 2 listed building features, with high ceilings, fire places and cornicing.
Surgery five is where all the new patients’ journey begins and it’s clear to see why.
‘One of the secrets for Elleven is the collaborative approach of the team,’ Sameer Patel says.
‘We have such a strong clinical team here.
‘Whoever is doing the work, whether it’s a specialist or a general dentist, we’re all seeing each other’s work. The fact we’re all seeing each other’s work therefore keeps our consistency of quality as high as possible.’
